Benefits of Our ProgramAt California Peak Fitness our objective is to ensure that you achieve your personal fitness goals! Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds or you want to reshape your body, our trainers will help you get there. We will work with you to put together a customized training program to meet your specific needs and goals. We will spend the time necessary to get to know you and understand your motivation and then ensure that you are able to maximize your potential.

Complimentary Introductory Orientation Session

In order to ensure that we get started on the right track and fully understand your goals and capabilities, we provide an orientation session at no charge for all of our new and existing members. Our initial one-hour introductory workout and fitness assessment is structured as follows:

Step One:

We will take you through and interview that is designed to determine your fitness goals, workout history and health history. The interview process is specifically targeted to deepen your emotional commitment to achieving your health and fitness goals ‑ ensuring your success!

Step Two:

We will measure your body fat and take other metrics so that you may see your improvement as you progress through your training. We will also review with you the keys to a successful training program which includes the different types of training (anaerobic, aerobic, etc) and just as important, proper nutrition.

Step Three:

You are taken through personal training session where we introduce you to proper form and target specific areas of your body.

Step Four:

We present to you the personal training programs offered by California Peak Fitness that best meet your needs.

During a follow-up visit thirty days later, we re‑test your body composition, update your program, and clarify any questions that you may have regarding the first month of your program. This will ensure that you receive the most appropriate and effective training regiment to reach your goals.
